Iterative reverse deformation optimization design of castings based on numerical simulation of solidification thermal stress

چکیده
In the casting process, in order to compensate for solidification shrinkage obtain higher dimensional accuracy of casting, it is often necessary modify original design castings, and a suitable compensation method has decisive impact on actual casting. this study, based simulation, reverse deformation proposed, two methods, empirical direct deformation, are implemented. The simulation results show that problems such as difficulty determining parameters satisfaction both overall local at same time; while each node achieves with shape. addition, model can be optimized through iterative revisions, so continuously obtained subsequent process. Therefore, more accurate reasonable compared method.
